The PV Systems page received a substantial set of updates in the July 2026 release. This article is a deep dive into those changes: how the system detail view now works, what's new in column management, and improvements to data import and display. Clicking into a system on the PV Systems page used to open a pop-up window with tabs like Info, Analysis, Insights, Invoices, and Documents laid out across the top. That pop-up is gone.

Clicking a system now opens it on its own full page instead, with the same tabs — Info, Analysis, Insights, Invoices, Documents, Maintenance, Cash Flow, Reminders, Obligations, and Data Integrity — moved into a vertical list in the left-hand sidebar.

The column chooser for the PV Systems table previously showed a plain scrollable list of toggles, split into Default Columns and Tags Columns, with no way to search.

The column chooser now includes a "Filter columns..." search field at the top, along with a "Toggle All" switch, so you can quickly find and enable the exact column you need instead of scrolling through the full list.

You can now reorder columns in the PV Systems table by dragging them into the order you prefer, and resize individual column widths to fit the data that matters most to you. The table remembers these preferences — column order, widths, and which columns are shown — as your personal default view, so they're already set up the way you like them the next time you visit.

Name, save, and switch between table views on the PV Systems page — shown as tabs above the table (e.g., "All Systems," "Daily Monitoring," "Quarterly Review"). Columns, sorting, and filters persist per view, so switching between them doesn't reset your setup. Each view has a shareable link, and your team keeps its own set of views separate from other teams. Use "+ New View" to save the current table setup as a new view, and the settings icon to manage existing ones.

A new sortable Live Status column shows a color-coded badge (Healthy, Sleeping, No Generation, Faulty, or Offline) derived from each system's open alerts. It gives day-to-day monitoring teams an at-a-glance view of which assets need attention, so you can prioritize where to look first without opening each system individually.

The PV Systems table now supports larger page sizes. You can choose to view 50, 100, 200, or up to 500 systems per page, instead of paging through smaller batches to see your full portfolio.

A new optional GHI Irradiance column (Wh/m²) is available in the PV Systems table alongside the existing plane-of-array irradiance column, including historical values. Enable it from the column chooser.

Systems without weather-adjusted data used to show a plain 0, which could look like an actual reading of zero rather than missing data. They now show "N/A" instead, with a tooltip explaining why: weather-adjusted data is unavailable for that site and period due to missing weather data or insufficient coverage. These systems are also excluded from fleet averages, so portfolio-level figures stay accurate rather than being pulled down by systems with no weather-adjusted data at all.

Cash Flow variance and comments — The Cash Flow table now shows a % Variance column comparing expected vs. actual values for every line item, plus a Comments column where you can leave notes explaining a deviation right where it happened. This makes it easy to spot where and why an asset diverged from plan, and to build an investor-ready narrative without rebuilding the table in a spreadsheet.

You can now import historical production data — PV energy, meter energy, and irradiance — into a PV system directly from a CSV file, at daily or monthly granularity. The import flow walks you through three steps: Upload, Map, and Review.
